AI-powered interview practice
Spotlight
Prep
ChatGPT tells you what to say. Spotlight Prep makes you practice saying it — under pressure, out loud, with scored feedback after every answer.
Built for candidates who want reps, not tips.
Pick your role
Tell Spotlight Prep what you're interviewing for and your level. Questions calibrate to where you actually are.
Answer out loud
The AI asks real interview questions. You respond by voice in the browser — no installs, no scripts to memorize.
Get your debrief
Scored breakdown of your structure, clarity, and confidence after every session — with specific things to fix.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
Reading an answer ≠ delivering one
ChatGPT can write you a perfect answer. But interviews happen in real time, under pressure, out loud. The only way to get good at that is to actually do it — with feedback that tells you what's still broken.
ChatGPT
- ·Gives you the answer
- ·You read it, feel ready
- ·No delivery feedback
- ·No pressure reps
