AI Terms of Use

1. Third-Party Integrations and AI Output

The AI Services may involve integrations with third-party AI providers, including but not limited to Google (Gemini API). During your use of the AI Services, Spotlight Prep may provide you with AI-generated output, including interview questions, feedback, scoring, coaching text, and voice responses (collectively, "AI Output").

You acknowledge that AI Output may not be unique, may vary between sessions, and is provided as a tool to support your interview preparation. You are not required to rely on AI Output, and any input you provide is given voluntarily.

2. Acceptable Use and Content Restrictions

You may only use the AI Services for lawful interview preparation purposes consistent with our general Terms of Service. You agree not to input any content that is illegal, offensive, deceptive, or that violates any third-party rights. Spotlight Prep reserves the right to limit or terminate access to the AI Services at our sole discretion if we determine your use is inappropriate.

The AI Services may automatically decline certain inputs that are detected as inappropriate in nature.

3. Compliance with Applicable Policies

Your use of the AI Services must comply with all applicable laws, our Privacy Policy, and these AI Terms. You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit does not violate third-party rights or applicable regulations.

4. No Guarantee of Quality or Accuracy

Spotlight Prep does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of AI Output. While we strive to maintain high-quality simulations, AI Output may be imperfect, incomplete, or contain errors. You should review all AI Output critically and not rely solely on it for career decisions. We are not responsible for errors in AI Output.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The AI Services and AI Output are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Natal Space LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge that no security measures can fully prevent all potential misuse of information you provide, and therefore Natal Space LLC shall not be liable for any potential losses or damages arising from your use of the AI Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Ownership of AI Output

Natal Space LLC does not claim ownership of AI Output generated in your sessions. However, you acknowledge that AI Output may not be unique. Similar content may be generated for other users based on similar inputs. Your rights in AI Output may therefore not be enforceable against third parties. Spotlight Prep may use de-identified, aggregated AI Output data for product analysis and to improve our feedback systems.

7. Prohibited Input

You agree not to input any confidential, private, or sensitive personal information into the AI Services. Examples include:

• Government-issued identification numbers (e.g., Social Security Numbers)
• Financial account information or payment card numbers
• Medical or health records
• Confidential business information you are not authorized to share

If you choose to input any such information, you bear full responsibility for compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including providing required notices and obtaining necessary consents. You agree to indemnify Natal Space LLC for any third-party claims arising from your violation of applicable data protection law in connection with your use of the AI Services.

8. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Using AI Output to create products or services that compete with Spotlight Prep.
• Disclosing or reverse-engineering the AI Services' underlying models, prompts, or architecture.
• Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the AI Services' content guidelines.
• Submitting false or misleading information to obtain AI Output that misrepresents your qualifications or identity to potential employers.

9. Additional Policies and Modifications

These AI Terms should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Natal Space LLC reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any provisions of these AI Terms at any time and for any reason. We will provide notice of material amendments by posting the revised AI Terms on this page. Your continued use of the AI Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AI Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These AI Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Natal Space LLC operates, without reference to conflict of laws provisions. Any legal action arising out of these AI Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
